OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER AND WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED AND RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. Entrants agree that personal jurisdiction shall exclusively be the state and federal courts located in Centerville, Utah. PROMOTION TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on November 15, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 15, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"). There will one (1) Grand Prize (Sizzix Big Shot Express & Die Selection) provided by each participating store, and die selection subject to availability, and will be available to be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period in the Sweepstakes via random drawing approximately 2:00pm CT on or about December 17, 2008 (see local store for details). Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prize value is approximately $225 . Prize is not redeemable for cash, or cash equivalent. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry in the Grand Prize drawing when you register at a local participating store. You may receive one (1) entry per daily visit to the store's physical location. And one (1) entry per day through your local store e-mail. Entrants are limited to a total of TWO (2) entries per person per day, and limited to a total of 60 entries per person during the promotional period. If more than 60 entries are received from the same person during the promotional period, those subsequent entries will be disqualified.
